Long ago, i was looking for a duplex. Figuring buy it, rent out the other half.
(i instead bought a REAL fixer upper for cheap cheap)

But, if i was as red pilled back then, i would have bought a duplex just because his and her houses.
The judge says she gets the "house", well i just move next door and stay in my kid's lives.

If i knew back then, i would have made tracts of houses with a his / her side.
Might have had to call it a granny flat.

But now its too late for those kinds of ideas.

Now i am thinking of man apartments with spare bedrooms (because, in order to see your kids, you have to have a bedroom for them to sleep in.) These bedrooms not specifically attached to any apartment. Might be like time shares, or some kind of booking arrangement.

I would really like to see lots of people pay off their mortgages with my plan, but i feel it is too late for that.

I will work on making single man houses where men can trade labor to get them close to the price of the land. So, no mortgage from the start.
Or, some kind of community housing.
