Yeah, there is the rub. How long will it take?

The only answer i have is get a homestead.
Start growing trees. Fruit trees and firewood trees.
Grow chickens

This is the only thing i know goes up in value in the future.

We are going to see the destruction of everything (all the bigs fall over, countries too)
BUT!! we are also going to see green, continuous, energy creation. Flying cars, Electronics we have never seen before...

I do know that in the future there will be a group of plucky kids that go around and take everything of value out of tracts of homes. Recycling everything that can be recycled.
