You see, you cannot even get a glimpse of the two faces (or the vase)

You have completely missed what the Pareto Principal is about.
You seem to have to believe that all the workers are the same, that they all produce equally.
But it is not true.

And so, in a environment where these people do not get rewarded, they do not produce the excess.
When they get hammered (by a govern-cement that calls themselves communist), they do not produce at all.

You see, that extra that they produce is what allows society to go forward.
It is also what keeps most people fed.
Without them, people die of starvation.

If you cannot see this, then there really is nothing i can say.

(or maybe with all of our advanced agriculture tech, each person can now grow their own food)
(and by each, i mean EVERY person)
