Yeah, who would have thought banks would lower, and lower interest rates to keep the housing market going. And then buying up the inventory to keep it going some more.

Unfortunately, we cannot play this like anything we have done before.
This time it IS different.

We have reached the point where boomers are leaving their homes, for assisted living or for pushing daisies.
Soooo many houses are going to come onto the market as higher interest rates are going to make getting loans impossible.

And this isn't bad enough.
This winter will see a lot of deaths from the VAXXX, from freezing, from hunger...

Add on top of that mortgage lenders going bust. Banks going bust.
The dollar collapsing along with the banking system.
There won't be mortgages

Suburban housing will be find an empty house and move in.

Other houses will be sold for whatever cash can be collected together.

Buy silver and crypto and wait.
There won't be a thing called a housing market soon.
