I blame Black Boulder. I believe they are keeping houses off the market.

Next year, i expect houses to be such that, if you want one, in a city, find one that is empty and move in.
I suggest liquidating everything to anyone who has rental property.

Now is the time to buy silver and cryptos.

However, they will probably crash next week...
