The problem is there is none of that. There are no URLs.

You have to build everything, from icann up.
So, you will probably make a webpage that is a list of all the webpages in your town.
And you will probably hardcode the location of each webpage in your page.

You probably won't even be using IP Adresses. You will be using hardware addresses.

But, i am not up on meshnets. Go join their forums and talk to them. They may have created som slick shit to plug and play
