In one of Zeno's Paradoxes in order to get to your destination, you must first get half way there, and then again, you must get half way there, and then...
... and so you will never arrive.

Over the last 6 years bitcoin has gone from $100 to over $10,000.
You could say that bitcoin has doubled in price every year for the last six.

So, if you only spend half of your bitcoin, then you will always have the same amount of bitcoin.

How do you feel about a "bank account" that will never run out?
That, if you limit yourself to half your bitcoin per year, you will always have the same amount in your wallet.

Forever and ever. †

†Not including miner fees.

Just thought you all could use some humour on this bitcoin down day
before we set off to make new, all time ATHs

But really, many crypto people, as long as they aren't trying to rub shoulders with the ultra-elite, buying yachts every other week, these people will have a pool of crypto that will never run out.

That their wealth grows faster than they can spend it.

Truly, this is what happens when you have real money.
Every year people get better at making things. Better and cheaper.
And each year the amount of things you can acquire with your money increases.

Like computers keep getting more powerful for less money,
that is the way all of the things should have been.
That is how much inflation the central banks have been causing to keep mankind stuck.
