As a Game of Thrones fan, there is this favourite quote I love by the Greyjoys.
"What is Dead may never Die"
The topic of death or the end is often avoided except when the situation arises that warrants its discussion. It is like if not spoken about will not occur or keep occurring in our society and all around us. For me, death is not just the end of life but a final phase, I see it as a graduation of some sort that cannot be repeated as rightly said in the quote above.

The process or way in which this said graduation occurs differs for everyone. I believe it has more to do with fate rather than mere coincidence. I think all our activities whether premeditated or unplanned are orchestrated by destiny and of course fate.
Life like we know it can end at any time, it is as some say a “fleeting breathe”. It can end as quickly as the shrieking cry of the baby was heard in the maternity hall. But, I believe we can extend our time here by doing certain things health-wise to spiritually. Death is inevitable, yes, but time, however, can be changed.
The most cimmerian topic in history for me is life after death and as most religions call it “Afterlife”. As a Christian my faith allows me to see beyond just a scribble of the topic and to grasp the full knowledge of Afterlife. These descriptions vary however with other beliefs but this is my own belief, that after death is judgment and that heaven is reserved for the good here on earth and hell for the damned.
Since death comes for us all whether now or then I think it is only wise to prepare. But, I must confess that the hustles and bustles of life make for less time to prepare. I don’t have much to will out but yes I do have a next of kin.
Lastly, I want to use this medium to bid farewell to the dearly departed that prompted this topic. I didn’t know her much, but I believe she’s in a better place with all the love I see.
