Welcome to this weeks Drop in the Ocean roundup, bringing you all the great posts shared in Mondays show.
The topic for this weeks show was Communication. As the show progressed, a person realises how we can take the ability to effectively communicate, or communicate at all, for granted.
It makes some feel awkward and others seem to be naturally gifted with this invaluable skill. Regardless of this, even those who feel they communicate inadequetly got their messages heard.
It is not always about talking, sometimes you just need to listen and in this case read, as we dive into our ocean.
The votes have been rolling in from the attendees of the show and we have the posts ready to share with you all.
The top two voted writers will 'level up'. When a member has leveled up, they will receive a daily upvote from the BuddyUP account at 50%. The member keeps their level for 2 weeks, unless they level up again on DITO within those 2 weeks. Every time you level up, you will receive an additional 10% on your daily vote, maxing out at level 5.
The writer with the most votes will be resteemed straight after this post. This is so we can all look back at the BuddyUP blog and see the winning posts from each week.
Every week after the show we all have a tough choice to make, which post was our favourite?
This week was no different and with a couple of clear favourites we are able to present the two winners who are at a draw and after reading the posts it makes perfect sense.
If you are wondering how you can join the Drop in the Ocean show, you will find all the required information at the bottom of this post.
Now, let's find out who gains a level this week...
Coming back with a banger is @monchhichi23 with more insight to the innerworkings of her mind. Humourously sharing with us that she might just experience a breakdown in communication, but this is assuredly not by any fault of her own.
Conversations with me, often times end up one sided because of those pesky short circuits ...
Elaborating further on the short circuits in her brain in regards to communication, she shares a must read which I am sure many could relate to. A fantastic dose of humour and insight. Be sure to check out the post here
If you were at the show on Monday you would have had the great pleasure of listening to @poetrybyjeremy reading his poem for this weeks Drop in the Ocean.
@poetrybyjeremy always writes from close to his heart, turning his emotions and thoughts into poetry for us all to appreciate, and at times relate strongly to.
Finding the right words is not always the problem, uttering them can be a far greater hurdle. I can only try to imagine the frustration this must cause someone and find it fortunate that he is so talented at communicating through poetry.
The phrase has been denied.
It was an amateur attempt
at forging a masterpiece.
Simply and eloquently conveying his difficulties in communicating. Be sure to check out his post here.
| NAME | LEVEL | TIME |

You can't have a show without there being participation and you can't have a great show without proper communication. This Mondays DITO was a great show because of everyone who joined and keeps doing so each week.
Every person that shares a post for the weeks topic and those who share their thoughts on the topic during the show makes it an amazing time to start the week where we get to dive even deeper into our topic.
So where are the rest of the posts?

Have you been reading through and wondering how you can get involved with our community/show? Below I've listed the steps to take, so you can jump into the action and share your perspective and views, with all of us here at BuddyUP.
Head over to our BuddyUP server. You can do this by following the SafeLink post here.
Think about the topic for next week, which is...
If you are new and you don't have a membership to BuddyUP, you will receive free access if you present in Drop in the Ocean.
The final and the most important piece of information is... do not publish your post until Sunday or Monday. This is so we can give you all the best amount of exposure possible on your posts and also so you get paid out on the day of the show; so you can come back with an even bigger smile on your face!
You can come and speak to any of us in #the-pond (general chat channel in our server) or if you have any further questions, you can direct message myself, @dreemsteem, or
@penderis, and we will get in touch with you.
We're looking forward to seeing you all next week, clear your schedule, Drop in the Ocean is here to stay!
We all grow together
This has been @penderis, thanks for reading.
