Pancakes for dessert can be amazing

When I grew up, panckaes was often served as a main course for the warm meal of the day. But, in Hungary things are different. There are some traditional dishes in which the pancake is used as a main course, but in Hungary, the pancake is first of all a dessert served with a sweet stuffing!

And yes, it is one of my favorite desserts, and you better try it. And yes, one of the best places to do so is along the Danube in the XI. district of Budapest. This is located in a place where you have three different restaurants/cafes working at the same address, and I have tested all three of them. Not long ago, I wrote about this as an ideal place to share a drink with friends, but today I want to share about a different wagon on the same address perfect for those who want a sweet pancake dessert.

The price of a pancake is normally around 0,7 Euro, and I tasted the pancakes with cottage cheese stuffing and also one with nut-cream (that is, Nutella). They were both amazing, and combining these delicious desserts with the view and feeling of the Danube can warmly be recommended.

It might be a bit complicated to get here, so I recommend that oyu grab a taxi if you do not have a car on your own to take you to this place.
