S čumáky těsně u země ani nezaregistrovali pasoucí se srnky na louce. Ani nesmělé pokusy slunce o protržení mraků je nedokázaly přimět zvednout hlavy.
Odpoledne se neslo ve znamení práce s úklidem nevzhledné hromady dřeva a její úhledné poskládání na dvorek. Pouhých deset kubíků dřeva nám bude stačit tak do ledna. V listopadu nám dovezou ještě jednu takovou hromadu.
