The road has been cut down to half its size in order to make room for planters and seating outside a snack bar.

Swing to the right and the S-crurve that was added is seen in the shade of a huge rubber tree.

It seems that Buenos Aires is investing in paint and planters to undo the damage done by the covid scare and the over reaction to it.

Business owners that have survived a year long municipal war on their profits are optimistic and hopeful that the government will allow tourists into the country. Most come to see the oldest part of town, that is San Telmo.
