Recently in gyeonggi-do South Korea culture-creative center hosted a seminar about blockchain and game
The seminar's title was blockchain and VR/AR for enhancing enterprise.
Likewise blockchain technology, VR/AR takes one part of the industry 4.0
speakers for the seminar were developers from Decentraland the company which develops VR/AR game that uses blockchain technology and cryptocurrency called MANA.
In fact Decentraland's thought was quiet similar to Bryllite team.
CTO of Decentraland Esteban Ordano stressed about the result of applying blockchain technology to game.
Originally rights for game asset ultimately belonged to developer even though gamer puts their time and effort into game to earn in-game asset. In other word if the game company decide to stop the game service gamers have nothing left for them. However if blockchain is applied game system every player gets ownership of their game property. Also thanks to blockchain technology game asset can't be replaced due to it's reliability and security. Therefore players can even trade their asset with different game.
Possibilities mentioned above is on our white paper, and we begun our project from the thought why don't players have ownership of game asset.
We were glad to find someone who have similar thoughts with us. However Bryllite platform have more advantages.
Unfortunately if Decentraland can't secure players for their game their cryptocurrency MANA can't have any inherent value. Unlike Decentaland, Bryllite platform is consortium so that we can easily secure lot of player from various kind of game that our partners develope.
