And there's a few more with triple figures.
So how does someone with not a lot of money get into the crypto boom without breaking the bank. There are ways to invest in the top coins with small amounts of money. However you will only own a tiny amount and it is difficult to scale quickly.
If you are a regular lottery player then you should know that your chances of winning big are millions to one. On average regular players shell out around $1200 per year for little or no return.
So why not use your weekly lottery money to invest in the cheap cryptocurrencies, those under a dollar. Remember, if you are willing to buy lottery tickets with next to zero chance of winning then this is money you can afford to lose. And there is a greater chance of crypto coins giving you a return than any lottery.
So what can you get for that $25 a week that you're spending on the lottery.
You can buy Kin for $0.00037 and get 67,567 coins. If the value goes up to one cent a coin you $25 investment will be worth $675.67. Ku currently has a market capitalisation of $277,647,000.
The following week you could buy $25 worth of Dent coins at $0.018 apiece. You will get 1,389 coins. If Dent goes up to 10 cents your $25 will be worth $139. Dent currently has a market capitalisation of $184,525,000.
There are dozens of these types of cheap coins that you could research, or you could just take a punt on.
The point is that you have way more chance of hitting a winner than in a lottery and you're using money that you are prepared to lose because it's lottery money.
This is not financial advice I'm giving you, it's gambling advice.
In gambling you wants as many odds as possible stacked in your favour. In a lottery you will never ever have odds stacked in your favour.
Investing in cryptocurrencies the odds are not stacked in your favour, but they are not almost impossible to find a winner either.
In conclusion if you are going to play the lottery and you are prepared to lose, which you will do almost every time, then why not try cryptocurrency investing where your chances of getting a return on your bet is a lot higher.
