It took me 2 years to diagnose it!

Endless hours spent online visiting Forums, reading articles, watching 3 hour video conferences, Ted Talk shows and Google Platform Talks. Sleepless nights taking me from Austria to Australia into the field of Alternative Medicine for the price of an internet connection. All of this to have it demeaned by the same inconsiderate doctors question "you read it on google?"

It all started with a mental confusion, a dense brain fog after eating.

Not a single doctor could give me a clue about those symptoms. Some wanted to give me anti-psychotics.

So, in a state of total cognitive confusion, I started to type BRAIN FOG on GOOGLE. Everything and its opposite came as a possibility. I knew the journey would be long! I quickly established a connection between the food and the symptoms. Grains and dairy were the first to go. It gave me more mental clarity to pursue my research...and some hope.

However, nothing was resolved. My food intolerances kept expanding as I kept identifying them.

Two years going from one dead end to another. Two years gaining an education  about health, nutrition, the digestive system and making a difference between a bacteria and a microbe for the first time in my life. An education, I never cared for.

Long story shortened; I came across the lactulose test ( which doctors told me DID NOT EXIST) and I tested positive.

I used all the knowledge gained along the journey and implemented it in my diet, lifestyle. I gained some more about naturopathy, iridology and even tried energy tapping.

Nothing does it! As a matter of fact, I have not found anybody who healed from SIBO with a credible testimonial.

I find cycles of relief thanks to Intermittent Fasting and a drastic diet. But the SIBO is there, always lurking, like a presence in the closet of my gut, breathing in every moment of my life, and spoiling what would otherwise be the happiest moments of my life.

I am at a point where the word GOOGLE makes me want to throw up. I get nausea just by seeing it on a computer.

I am tired and drained from the research. If anybody happens to have a successful remedy, please suggest it. I would try Donkey piss;)

God bless
