So many aspects in your values opinion are correct but when money ( big or small ) is involved its difficult tonder the bigger group picture for many people.

By trying to coach people in the terminal from the first day they arrive in intro till we see they do what is needed, we set them free. Ofcourse with the long term intentions to entertain the masses , us and / or their friends .
To keep hive clean of abuse and have a more coachable content community we need rules and standards until there is enough experience to handle a flood of mainstream newbies.
I have dedicated do much time with 4 other staff members and we have lots of success yet we also see that plagiarism is around every corner in peoples heads.
Again I think that money is the factor and I don’t think adds will
Change that. We need an independent group That caught them in the beginning so we stort clear of that all. HV does a good job but I also sometimes question things.

Your question: do we want a fast burst of quick users that are going to disappear in a few months or do we want to foster the potential long term user? Well i say the second group ofcourse but I do my damdest to be at the start for the quick user comers aswell. I know that the terminal and @hhym is doing well and at least I know I helped and I am not even a whale. The bigger accounts could do something aswell on the other hand they did so much before we saw theology and joined i am not looking at that I just do , and I feel fine for now. Will hive grow old ? Well lets hope but we need change
