We are all at one point disappointed in our lives. Small and big disappointments all come along during our stay at earth. From small every day dissatisfaction or bigger ones like that fun journey you wanted to book just before you finally go full steem ahead and covid happens to relationships where you are disappointed, jobs that didn't go through, or feelings of regret in your personal life, not making votes. Being held to rules. Fellow members that are not friendly, parents saying you can’t, a mother in law who loved the ex more, the child that is in puberty, the drunk neighbour, the rejected lover.......

Learning to deal with those disappointments and the emotions they cause is important to continue to lead a positive and satisfied life. To have inner peace. To sleep well
At night.

Think about what's really going on. When you're in the middle of the storm, little things can feel like one tornado in your body and mind. Therefore, accepting those first violent emotions is good. Violent but calculated because we all know disappointments bring that to our brain. Once they are cleaned up, once you take a step back, and are strong enough to stop and think and look at things a bit more rationally. You fight the ugly feeling.

What really happens? And I mean: Facts. What has really been done, happened or said? Write this down and look at what happened with a clearer head. Without the emotions associated with it. And ask yourself again: Is what really happened really that bad? Or can I take it in and work with it?

You may still be angry; there are also ways to overcome these feelings, or you may realize that you don't have to keep reacting with such strong emotions.

Talking about what you feel is one of the best ways to deal with most things in life. Dealing with disappointment is no different. Of course, do that with someone you trust. If you find it difficult to get over your disappointment because you have been working hard on something, for example, it is very easy to blame others. Talk to them about how you feel. This will help you deal with your disappointment. The ending of a relationship or friendship can be very intense and hurtful. The resulting disappointment can be very raw and painful. Talking about this can actually help you move forward.

Disappointment can trigger many different emotions, including stress. So it is important to also deal with the stress. Take a look at meditation, yoga, mindfulness, etc. Just practice once. These exercises will help you ground and get into the here and now. Thinking about what you do still have in your life, even if you're sad about the absence of something or someone, can make a huge difference to how you handle situations that make you feel left out or in some cases when you felt let down. I had that and for some reason some thing hit harder than they would normally. I am taking the time to evaluate and restating ideas, re-strategise all that I feel is needed for that red bull feeling ! For that what the girl With the blog ideas is about.
For all that became different just because I feel rules and regulations are needed.
Because I feel for the amount of work that’s there behind it all needs to be giving the best feeling to that inner girl.
Are you still with me. Thanks you made it to Gratitude. Nor mine but the general one. Gratitude is quickly dismissed as high spirited or hippie-ish. But we have to train our mindset to feel gratitude. It is not automatically in our system, because our head "installs" negative patterns much more easily. Or money trailers for that matter. Money is a bad old road map. I know it’s addictive but sometimes money is the only motivator and dear reader if there is nothing there accompanying mr. Money you are lost. There is more people , there is more needed.

Train yourself to go deeper than “oh cool” or “nice” to (re) discover the other great things in your life; Feel gratitude for people who love you, any talents you have, health, intelligence, and compassion. By opening yourself up to be grateful and self-aware you will feel nicer, more stable and more confident in your life and your choices. This means that if something goes differently than you intended in the future, you will feel less disappointment, because you already know that your current situation is also very good. When that one does not go the way you wanted, it does not mean that you cannot focus on all the good that is already there. Being so open to things you're grateful for will make them feel better. This will make you more likely to treat any future disappointments quickly and healthily, so that you can move forward in a positive way.

Again if you read this far I hope liked my write up and aren’t disappointed.
Oh and please when posting in #GEMS sorry bluemist@bluemist just an example because you have heard that’s where you need to be for the big votes, and the support comes from and it’s the place to be for votes, and when you don’t get it try harder delegating while you are a starting account, I wouldn’t. And adopting ? well let’s say being a parent, teacher and blogger takes more than knowing how to spell Hive. But you can always try, hell I do it every day. We helped so many the past two years, no dissatisfaction there. Again don’t be dissatisfied or disappointed life is fun! And so is blockchain and crypto.

what’s a hive at five ? Well My daily blog got a sister, My 4 o’clocky is now the big sister to HIVE O’CLOCK at five every single day. I have done over 700 clocky blogs. My signature daily blog ! I know alot of you read it and that gives me the drive to be in your life with my thoughts and ideas every day. About 2 + years ago I’ve written about the ‘best’ time to submit a blogpost so you’ll receive worldwide exposure. I came up with the term 4 o'clocky and I thought this was a good time to make a blogpost every day at 4 o'clock local time with this title. Every day I’ll submit a blogpost about something that keeps me busy, a challange, a contest or something important enough to share so lets blog on and see you every day in the afternoon! Now at 5 o’clock aswell!
