It's been rough for those caught up in the FTX saga. If I say I called it do I sound like Richard Heart at this point?
My Favorite fiat gateway exchange is still Kraken.
I don't think Scam Bankman will do any serious time. They will look through the roster of employees and probably frame that guy who we haven't even heard of so far and act like he was some insidious rat bastard. They will make him be the fall man or something and Scam Bankman will be kind of like OJ Simpson just stunt'n on everyone.
There isn't a lot we can do at this point unless you lost a ton of money in the situation you could be looking at your options to try to get money back by attempting to attach to some of those assets Scam Bankman personally has or something.
I think one of the weird things is how little info there is about what is currently going on with FTX and the current leadership. Seems suspicious.
