I would say there are various level with the fake it until you make it stuff. Again I hate to really say it is advice someone should follow because if they don't look solid and have some level of charm to them. Creating a fasade could cost a ton and they could still end up with nothing.

I would say that most people's lives are debt based more now than ever and women can secure all these high dollar items without really working towards it.

For instance there is a girl that I was connected to on Instagram and she ended up moving down to Pensacola when she was 23 with her parents. Soon after that the pandemic hit and a couple months later she declared that she made her "First Big Girl Purchase". She had bought a badass jeep.

In my mind I'm thinking....."You didn't actually buy anything. They are handing out new cars like Halloween candy and you don't even have to make a payment for 120 days."

If a person saved up for a couple years after college and then just levered out like that they could sort of present this better than average lifestyle. Not saying they really need to spend it directly on women but having a comfortable house close to everything and a nice house and a few other things goes a long way to sort of pave a runway.

I was all about actually having equity. That ultimately bought me more freedom and I have been able to travel to more places and look like some well traveled International man of mystery.

I'm not telling older guys to give up on women or anything like that.

Trust me I deal with the excuses all the time with these premier age women. Like they think I'm going to go from having a six pack and dunking on fools to being in the nursing home next week. They are more often worried about what their friends and family would say. They often can't really think for themselves. Very herd mentality more so than men.

And again a lot of people mistake what is said about these women in the premiere age range.

If a woman is 45 and hot I'm not saying to not hang out with her but from the vantage point of someone who is in his 20s or 30s, is in shape, wants to have kids, and doesn't have to chase the next dollar, there is no long term future with that woman.

The situation has gotten extremely crazy because so many people that said they wanted to have kids are having an issue executing that course of action.
