What Age Is A Man's Highest SMV? (Hint: The Situation Has Changed)

The game keeps changing and in the United States and Canada I would say that a man's highest SMV is around 27 or 28. More and more your looks matter so much when trying to talk to the upper tier women. We are talking about 8's and 9's who are 20-24 years old, in shape, no kids. The statistics show that people are getting with others so much closer to their age now than they were 30+ years ago. This is partially because of the dating apps. Also a another factor in this whole thing is the fact that the reason why guys like Entrepreneurs in Cars, Richard Cooper, and guys like Rollo Tomassi say mid to late 30's is to give you more time to build wealth but that is less and less important now because of the power of leverage. You used to have to actually have equity in something and be able to afford it but with the way car loans, student loans, home loans, and credit cards are now you can essentially fake it until you make it a lot easier and the thing is most women don't really care and don't know how to calculate value / equity. They are very bad evaluators when it comes to future projection of potential. They more care about if they are comfortable and if it seems like they have an improved life style hanging around you. Your looks is what is going to get you in the door to even have a chance to drop rebuttals to all the excuses. Outside of that we don't really have the kind of leverage on women that average guys had in the past in places like the United States and Canada. It isn't like they are going to starve without us. Only the strong will survive from this point forward. In other countries the age gap doesn't seem to matter as much especially if you go to a developing nation and secured somewhat decent amount of resources relative to the general population.
