As you can see there are a little bit of funds coming in periodically from staying in these short positions. I hit the info and it seems like it is to rebalance the positions.
I didn't expect this little drip 💧 and these are smaller positions but despite that it is a learning experience.
I usually don't short these assets because historically over the long term they are up and to the right. 🚀 So betting against that is a tough position to be in for very long and I'm getting impatient.
Earlier today they were both in the money but I'm really looking for ETH $2,100 and BTC $75K minimum to just clear these out.
Aurthur Hayes who was one of the founders of BitMEX and invinted Perpetual Futures contracts sold all his Ethereum in some investment fund he was managing yesterday along with a lot of other stuff.
This is cryptos first World War and with gas prices and food prices it's hard to conceive people are going to really be able to stack some of these assets in the short term.
Personally if we can have a sharp knife 🔪 down and get this shit over with we could actually get on with starting the progression up and worry about more pressing issues like AI and Quantum resistence.

Here are my main takeaways from Kalshi.
If you get close to liquidation on a perp trade it notifies you so you can add to the position to give you more breathing room.
You are getting the drip 💧 over time as you hold the position which I think will really come into play when we go back up for real because just think about a bigger position with leverage for 2.5 years of holding on the way up. The drip could add up. 💧💧💧💧💪😎
I feel like Kalshi has enough backing at this point that it's likely not going to go away and they keep adding additional markets so it could be a place to at least have some positions. You can also do the predictions and sports betting on the platform as well.
DO YOU GUYS THINK WE BREAK DOWN FROM HERE AND GO WAY LOWER?
