I saw this on Instagram and it really hit home. There is nothing wrong with working a job or any of that but I can tell you how many people sort of act like they are more important than they are. They will say stuff like "I Have A Career." Most of the time they are working a totally replaceable job but they act like they are curing cancer and saving the White Rhinos 馃.
Oftentimes you find out they are what I call hood rich. Everything is rented or leased. They have no equity in anything.
I saw one girl on Bumble put "Swipe left if you don't have a 401K" I guess she is looking for a beta provisioner who has a corporate job. She turned out to be another Extreme Dog Mom who spends $100 / day to have her dog in doggy day care. They even do parties and picture days for the dogs.
She will watch the dog on a livestream from work etc.
If she stopped stuffing money into her 401K, renting a luxury appartment, paying $100 / day for doggy day care, making payments on cars and just invested in crypto she could have afforded to buy a 100 acre ranch for the dog to run around on.
I will keep my crypto and my freedom.
