Lots of green out there today :) A good time to be an investor for sure. Here how it went down:
S&P 500: +2.0%
Gold: +3.0%
Silver: +6.6%
Bitcoin: +8.1%
Love seeing Bitcoin over $15k again - seems like sellers and resistance are finally waning as big money has been piling in to BTC in 2020. Maybe we still have a shot at $25k by year end after all.
Gold is at $1,950 again and many are calling for $3,000 gold by the end of 2021 but I am not holding my breath for that one.
I also had some individual stocks run today, the biggest of which was GoPro with an earnings release and a gain of +25% so far in after hours trading.
We also got a Federal Reserve announcement of "no change", so the federal funds interest rate remains at zero. Many are expecting a stimulus package to be forthcoming as well so that is a positive on the horizon, though even headline news of a contested election and record coronavirus daily cases cant seem to stop the upward momentum.
