Jerky

Hi friends,

I made some beef jerky recently:

I marinated the beef for two days to get three different flavors: regular, garlic & onion, and spicy. It came out perfectly and I gave some away to my friends.

The real reason i made the beef jerky is that I plan to spend some time on the gold grounds with my metal detector in search of giant nuggets… need something hearty and tough to bring me good luck!
