One thing my family loves is… aquariums!
The kids like sharks (who doesn’t really) and there is always a good mix of education and fun at an aquarium so we like to support them often. We have been to a number of aquariums in California, but our favorites are the Monterey Bay Aquarium and the Aquarium of the Pacific.
We had the chance to go a new (to us) aquarium recently - Sea Life Aquarium in San Diego!
This was a smaller aquarium, but they did have a good amount of sharks. They also had a cool game where the kids had to find different areas in the aquarium and get a passport-type book stamped - they enjoyed that!
