The air quality lately has been very poor, or as my phone likes to say "unhealthy":
We have had heat, little wind, and fires in the local mountains all adding up to a bad time to be outdoors. My California involves a lot of outdoor time, so the last couple of weeks have not been too fun as we have had to stay mostly indoors. I have even stopped running the last week or so, which is totally lame.
We still go outdoors from time to time, and chilling on the patio is always nice:
I am seeing reports of many people leaving the area for a bit, which isn't a bad idea if you have another place to go.
This too shall pass. Thanks for coming by and seeing a little piece of my California.
