I had a good weekend and hope each of you did as well.
I had a busy weekend as I helped a buddy box up his recently deceased mothers house and load it into a storage pod.
It was a lot of work on Saturday, but I had to cut out to go with my family to a birthday party for a couple of kids. We had fun with that and we caught up with some friends, so that was nice.
I helped my buddy again on Sunday morning, and finished up around lunchtime. I took the family out to Red Robin (burger chain) for lunch, then we went grocery shopping as a family. We played outside in the late afternoon, then hit the bath and watched a show with the kids before bed.
I did snag a couple of old toys from my buddy’s house for the kids - they liked them of course!
