Back in the day we had UNIX and then mere mortal got DOS.
The world has moved on and now we have Windows and many 'flavours' of Linux.
With Linux one can pick a brand based on requirements, faster, more secure, more apps etc etc.

It seems the world is now moving to a new "operating system", otherwise known as "blockchain"
We see it used in the world of finance, and banking, but the same underlying systems are being used from everything from contracts to chat sites & blogging platforms.

Unlike all previous "operating systems" this new one includes 'tokens', as a rewards system, something that was not really included in previous systems.

Perhaps the biggest market for a "rewards system" is the games market, where players used to win 'points' or 'power' on some random system, now users will be able to earn coins that are transferable to other systems and even into the finance systems.

A little like PokemonGo, where users earn by walking & battling & meeting people socially, the new system has come inside to the gaming boxes.

Imagine earning your rent or food bill (any one want some tendies?) by playing your favorite game.
Brings a whole new meaning to the idea of "work"

With a name like Sony behind it, this can only be a winner

Time will tell
