With Google & Targets twatter accounts being targeted in recent days, with false "give away" competitions, news breaks of more scam wallets on google play.
many users are not that crypto savvy, many depend on the app stores to only support genuine apps.
Unfortunately this trust is broken when scammers deploy these apps.
if enough people are scammed, then the whole 'fear factor' around crypto gets mainstream media play.
In the mean time crypto users need to be aware of the scams
But is that the actual ploy?
Are the banking cartel, pushing & promoting these fake apps, in order to create fear in the crypto market?
The crypto VS fiat is a huge battle, and the banks won't give in easily.
Fear is their tool/method of operation.
