When a State Run media outlet for China reports that BTC is a "Safe Haven" they are putting it up there with gold as an asset.
The simple fact that this report aired on State Media may have a huge bearing on how their Gov may rule in the near future.
If India, Indonesia or China or even Russia come on board the Crypto Express then the US SEC will not be able to stop it.
