When a company or an individual creates cold storage of assets that is so secure that limited perhaps only one person can access, the question moves to what happens if that person passes away.
This appears to be the case scenario in Canada.
The same issue arises with any cold storage, what happens if the only person with knowledge to access keys, cannot.
Who know when we might get hit by a bus or something.
The only safe cold storage seems to be Paper wallets stored in a fire proof safe, at least a locksmith may be able to assist in recovery.
Right now it seems Canada needs the services of a good hacker, some one worthy of uncovering $190 million.
Maybe they will offer a 10% recovery fee?
