Blockvest releases a coin offering during the whole ICO craze, where everyone was doing the same, ideas with little or no value appeared and raised money during the rush.

Blockvest may have had a great idea, and they may have used some interesting marketing and logos to promote their ICO.

What is interesting is not the case itself, but the pursuit of them by the SEC.
Why appeal the decision unless a bigger agenda was in play.
Make an example of them comes to mind.

But in the face of massive crypto growth globally, the question is are the SEC shooting themselves in the foot?
Will the USA be left out of the crypto rush because the cost or entry, or participation is to high.

If one was considering a launch that was USA related, and the rule book was yet to be written on what can and cannot be done, and knowing that the SEC will not give up or maybe wants to make examples, would you consider including the USA in your plans?

Would it be better to ignore 4% of the global population and focus marketing on the other 96% or 7.56 billion?

Time will tell
