In what could be one of the biggest developing stories, Amazon is making noise in a way that could mean they are making a move into the crypto world.
Last year, they developed some blockchain solutions, last week Binance CEO threw out a gauntlet in regards to the biggest online company should be using crypto payments.
Now Amazon have done a customer survey, which included questions about cryto.
Since Amazon is not a financial institution, the odd of them selling BTC is probably slim.
So why ask questions about crypto?
Perhap they are testing the market acceptance of BTC.
How many people know about it enough to tick a box on a survey questionnaire.
The results would be interesting, but in the mean time we wait, but if Amazon do add BTC payments as an option, along side PayPay, it will give them a boost in customers, and a big upsurge in crypto acceptance.
Time will tell.
