This is an excellent book for the Preppers out there if you don't already have it you need to get it.James has done an excellent job compiling loads of practical and useful information for Preppers.
The book consists of 14 chapters and 3 appendices that cover a wide range of topics so whether you're a newbie Prepper or a seasoned vet you're going to get something out of this book.

As you can see there is an abundance of invaluable information here in this book. This is a great way to gain a little extra knowledge on some of these subjects if you're lacking or if you're a newbie it can be a great way to bring you up to speed in the Prepping world.
