No, I can't imagine a diet like that would be very good. It's potentially better than all the processed stuff though. I really like the idea of the mediterranean diet with a few minor daliences outside of it. It's just too bad my wife doesn't like fish and lamb/goat isn't more readily available :) That makes sense about the exercise. My wife has a couple kettle bells, but I let her mess with those upstairs. I really feel like I suffered some big setbacks in my regular exercise routine when I hurt my shoulder and I am finally getting back to normal hopefully.
