Over the past couple of weeks, my wife and I have been doing some extended camping across the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
Understandably, this has kept me away from my computer as well as the Hive chain in general. Sure, I have access to the @ecency app on my phone, but when you are having this much fun, who has time to be replying to blogs?
That brings me to the title of this post. Having missed a weeks worth of posts from the people I follow regularly, what is the expectation for replying to them?
Do I try to read every post I missed and reply to each one of them?
Do I just give up and start from scratch?
I have decide to do a little bit of both. I have went back and commented on the past two days worth of posts from the people I regularly follow. I think trying to do any more than that would just be an exercise in futility. I would have to lock myself up for a whole day to accomplish that feat.
The fact is, school is starting soon (in one form or another) and August is nearly always my busy time of year.
Trying to balance Hive and my "real job" means that something has to give.
So I ask you, am I a total slacker for only going back two days?
Did you post something that you think I would have loved and I didn't comment on it? Go ahead and leave a link to it in the comments. I will try to find some time to give it a quick read.
I can't promise I will be able to get to it though.
