Naturally, humans are born with a different genetic even though a twin. The most striking difference of one person to another is the eye retina and fingerprints. These two things, according to experts, are the innate human identity. The difference between one man and another is the mind. I and you do not necessarily have a similar understanding of the meaning of an object. For me an object is good, not necessarily the object is also good in your eyes. Vice versa.
This also applies to steam platforms that are endemic in our country. I think a lot of people are different interpretations of steemit. Some consider this steemit as a place to earn money, by justifying all means through the achievement of vote most. On the other hand, there are steemit users who maintain the quality of posts and use their own works or writings to get rewards.

I used steemit for almost a year. Various things I encountered during active "surfing" on this platform. The main thing is insight. Yes, steemit opens my eyes and minds about ordinary things in our country, but it's wonderful for friends in other countries. Steemit also opened a new network for me to know friends from outside countries. Limitations of language would be very inconvenient for me who passively speak English. Fortunately, technological sophistication makes it complicated to communicate with outside friends more easily for us.
During joining in steemit, I also feel how the reward in the form of SBD and Power Steem above $100. Although it's only a few times. However, not infrequently I was discouraged when posting uploaded exactly worth $0.01- $0.05. Bad achievement like this makes me lethargic and far from the target set. So do I have to throw this steemit account into the trash can and continue to live in the real world because of it?
I kept thinking, maybe there were mistakes I made - certainly other than the language factor - which made my post uninteresting. Maybe the title of my article post steemit less interesting. Ini merupakan tamsilan bagi kami orang-orang Melayu di tanah Sumatera yang berarti pikiran manusia itu tidak seragam. Lain tempat, lain pula adat-istiadatnya.
Secara alamiah, manusia dilahirkan dengan genetik yang berbeda meski seorang anak kembar sekalipun. Secara kasat mata, perbedaan itu bisa dilihat dari bentuk wajah, bentuk tubuh, tinggi dan pendek tubuh sesorang, bentuk hidung, warna rambut, dan lain-lain. Perbedaan yang paling mencolok satu orang dengan orang lain adalah retina mata dan sidik jari. Dua hal ini, menurut para ahli, merupakan identitas manusia yang dibawa sejak lahir. Bahkan anak kembar pun dapat dibedakan melalui retina mata dan sidik jari.
Hal berbeda antara satu manusia dengan manusia lain adalah pikiran. Saya dan anda belum tentu memiliki pemahaman serupa tentang arti sebuah objek. Bagi saya sebuah objek itu bagus, belum tentu objek tersebut juga bagus di mata anda. Begitu juga sebaliknya.
Hal ini juga berlaku untuk platform steemit yang sedang mewabah di negeri kita. Saya rasa banyak orang yang berbeda tafsir mengenai steemit. Ada yang menganggap steemit ini sebagai tempat mendapatkan uang, dengan menghalalkan segala cara melalui raihan vote terbanyak. Di sisi lain, ada pengguna steemit yang menjaga kualitas postingan dan menggunakan karya atau tulisan milik sendiri untuk mendapat reward.
Ya, jujur saja, reward dalam bentuk SBD dan Steem merupakan pencapaian tertinggi rata-rata pengguna steemit. Meskipun tak jarang postingan orisinil itu berbuah "vote angin". Sehingga banyak orang-orang yang seperti ini menyerah, dan mereka menganggap berkontribusi untuk steemit adalah pekerjaan yang menghabiskan waktu saja. Belum lagi berbicara reward yang didapat seorang profesional di dunia nyata, malah kalah saing dibanding seseorang awam di dunia nyata.
Meskipun demikian, saya menduga pengguna steemit tidak hanya "hitam" dan "putih" seperti itu. Saya yakin, dari ribuan pengguna steemit juga ada yang berpikir bahwa platform media sosial ini tidak hanya sebagai tempat mendapatkan uang, tetapi juga sebagai tempat menumpahkan pikiran, isi hati, imajinasi, ide-ide gila yang belum tertampung dan diterima di negeri kita, tempat saling berbagi ilmu, wawasan, pengetahuan, dan bahkan media sebagai ajang silaturahmi antarmanusia berbeda negara, suku, agama, dan ras. Bagaimana dengan saya?
Saya menggunakan steemit nyaris setahun. Berbagai hal saya temui selama aktif "berselancar" di platform ini. Hal utama adalah wawasan. Ya, steemit membuka mata dan pikiran saya tentang hal-hal biasa di negeri kami, tetapi luar biasa bagi kawan-kawan di negeri lain. Steemit juga membuka jejaring baru bagi saya untuk mengenal teman-teman dari negara luar. Keterbatasan bahasa tentu sangat merepotkan bagi saya yang pasif berbahasa Inggris. Untung saja kecanggihan teknologi membuat hal rumit dalam berkomunikasi dengan teman-teman luar semakin mudah bagi kita.
Selama bergabung di steemit, saya juga sudah merasakan bagaimana reward dalam bentuk SBD dan Power Steem di atas $100. Meskipun itu hanya beberapa kali saja. Namun, tak jarang pula saya patah semangat ketika postingan yang diunggah justru bernilai $0,01-$0,05. Pencapaian buruk seperti ini membuat saya lesu dan jauh dari target yang ditetapkan. Saya terus berfikir, mungkin ada kesalahan-kesalahan yang saya perbuat--tentunya selain faktor bahasa-- yang membuat postingan saya tidak menarik. Mungkin saja judul postingan artikel steemit saya kurang menarik. Atau mungkin karena saya kurang aktif berinteraksi dengan teman-teman yang memiliki Power Steem besar, atau karena saya tidak pernah menyapa para orang kaya di steemit sekelas
Segala kemungkinan bisa terjadi yang membuat akun steemit saya tidak bergairah, seperti teman-teman yang lain. Mungkin juga kekurangan perolehan reward akun steemit saya disebabkan sering mencairkan reward. Nah, untuk kemungkinan terakhir ini merupakan kemungkinan besar yang saya duga berpengaruh terhadap reward dan reputasi saya di steemit.
Jadi saya harus bagaimana? Di satu sisi, saya telah memberikan kontribusi dengan mengisi konten-konten--yang menurut saya bagus, berkualitas, dan informatif di steemit. Kontribusi saya ini tentu harus mendapat reward pula. Ini sama seperti kontributor media mainstream secara umum di dunia nyata.
Namun di sisi lain, sistem yang dibangun steemit juga mewajibkan pengguna untuk menjadi investor, meskipun tanpa kita sadari. Ini berarti pengguna steemit harus mengisi konten, harus sama-sama menjaga kualitas postingan, harus menjaga nilai mata uang Steem dan SBD di pasar saham, dan harus tetap menjaga dompet akun steemit masing-masing agar tidak kosong.

Saya merupakan orang yang gemar mentransfer informasi kepada orang lain. Siapapun yang bertanya, asal mood saya lagi baik, saya akan menjawab dan bahkan memberitahukan semua informasi yang saya ketahui kepada si penanya.
Dalam beberapa kasus, tentunya di dunia steemit, saya kerap ditanyai oleh pengguna baru tentang dunia media sosial berbasis blockchain ini. Alih-alih menutup informasi, saya bahkan menjelaskan secara detail semua informasi yang diketahui kepada mereka. Alhasil, si pendatang baru yang sering bertanya kepada saya itu kini memiliki reputasi jauh di atas saya. Bangga bro. Reward yang mereka peroleh juga jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan saya. Dasar nasib saya yang kurang bagus, ya. Haha... Saya seperti guru SD yang mengajar semua ilmu mata pelajaran kepada murid. Akhirnya murid jadi profesor, saya masih saja berstatus guru biasa di sekolah dasar.[]
