I’m glad you enjoyed them. Actually, it was interesting to be taken back to this post, to read about my week, and then rediscover my own poems.

That first poem you pointed to is a reflection of the time I spent in my twenties and comparing it to my time now with three kids. How I could become more productive in my current life is beyond me.

The other was kind of triggered by this photo album I have from the US, also mostly from my twenties. It’s a very strange thing to look at these days, half a lifetime later and half the world away.
