Today on 2 Minutes with the Farmer while I was doing the morning chores I noticed that the walnuts are starting to fall. This means that the money is coming down from the trees. Last year we collected over 11,000 lbs of shelled walnuts. This year our goal is over 30,000 lbs. The season starts October 1. We will keep you updated on our progress.
