The push,the hurry
Mary, hush, I've got you, don't worry
The shame of having a single mummy
Papa left when she was crawling
Morning till evening, Mama's working
Till Mary was defiled, each day crying
None to hear her out
In bathtub ended the bullying.

Perhaps, he will change
A brilliant kid, proud son
Dad hoped and hope fade
Low grade, kid is dull
Edged out early

Pumpkin head, his mates said
Thought it well, ran across the road intended.

Mama's shining star
Papa's morning sun
Quiet and elegant
Perfect in beauty
Stained by rape
The hunt went each day
Culprit never found
Scar too deep to take
By the beach, in the sand
Laying still, without life.

Guilty on a case so porous
Years behind the iron ring
Black hair turned grey

And the hunter has become the prey
Those years gone
He remembers and groan.
