Today wasn't bad at all, all day was spent with friends and few home gardening in the morning. That was how I gathered most part of the points.
I made the morning doing something house cleaning against the next day while keeping my phone with me always.
Did some minutes walk with the phone still in my pocket while going to work and coming back too. I attended choir practice in the evening and came back home from there to mum's supermarket and then home late in the night.
