Description from Strava: This was my longest run since I started back, and it was a blast! My oldest son was riding his bike in front of me while I pushed my younger one in the double stroller. He had a bit of trouble on some of the big hills, and you can see that in our pace—I basically just followed him and tried not to collapse from exhaustion myself. He did a really good job!

At one point, while chasing my kid downhill, we hit a bump on the sidewalk, and my phone took a dive, leaving a nice little welt on my leg. Oh well, all part of the fun!
