Many people who work only for higher positions and authority, more respect for position than skill / ability, poor mentality who always think hierarchy in organization is more important than contribution (mentality serve) and skill, no wonder many officials are fighting for government seat with how cunning, anything done to win, power play system in Indonesia is still very bad.
