Hello Fam, how's your day? Bossdebz here. For todays post I present to you all from 
Application that I used is Adobe Illustrator, and below is my composing process.
I always starting from the head,.
In this stage I started tracing her hair..
After that is her outfit,
And of course her tail,...
Now it's time apply some details like highlights and shadows.
Owww, I forgot her eye and the eye patch. :)
On this stage I change my color mode from CMYK to RGB, as you can see the images above is kinda pale, it's because my color mode back there is CMYK. OK? Okey lets proceed.
And after that I created a gradient blue background, and using ellipse tool and some adjustment on opacity I created a bubbles.
And then tadahhhh... Perfect. We have our full victor finished artwork yeyy..
