I had a friend over the other day and we spent the whole day reminiscing over the past decade of our lives...We went over 2021 as well and it made me realize that even though I've been having a lot of sad moments this year, I also have quite a bit to be thankful for. So here is my year in review 2021.

Tenía una amiga el otro día y pasamos todo el día recordando la última década de nuestras vidas ... También hablamos del año 2021 y la verdad me di cuenta de que, aunque he tenido muchos momentos tristes, este año, también tengo bastante que agradecer. Así que aquí está mi año en revisión 2021.
JANUARY/ ENERO
The only photo I have for this month. I blame it on the fact that I got my new phone end of January 🤷🏻♀️

FEBRUARY/ FEBRERO
Ah...The month that celebrates love in all its forms 💕 The highlight this year was adopting this little cutie that we named Olive because of her gorgeous eyes! Isn't she the sweetest?
Ah ... El mes que celebra el amor en todas sus formas 💕 Lo más destacado de este año fue la adopción de esta pequeña belleza a la que llamamos Olive por sus hermosos ojos! No es una ternurita?
MARCH/ MARZO
These two were becoming besties already! 🤩 The bond that they've built so fast still amazes me. It's the sweetest thing to watch them play with each other and it honestly makes my days!
Las chicas ya se estaban convirtiendo en mejores amigas! 🤩 El vínculo que han construido tan rápido todavía me sorprende. Es lo más dulce verlas jugando juntas y la verdad eso es lo que me alegra los días demasiado!
In March, we also celebrated grandma's birthday/ En marzo, también festejamos el cumpleaños de la abuela Valentina:
APRIL/ AVRIL
We spent most of April at home, playing and just enjoying each other's company. Sophia's dad got Covid around this time so she didn't see him for close to a month. It was tough but we made it through.
Pasamos la mayor parte de abril en casa, jugando y disfrutando de los días juntas. El papa de Sophia consiguió a Covid en esta época, por lo que no lo vio durante cerca de un mes. Fue difícil, pero lo logramos.
We also got to go out a bit with some friends and it was quite the fun time we had!
También salimos un poco con unas amigas y fue bastante divertido que lo pasamos.
MAY/ MAYO
Time for Easter celebrations and painting eggs 🐣 Tiempo para las celebraciones de Pascua y pintar huevos.
We also took some time to do some photoshoots and simply enjoy the nature 🌿
También nos tomamos un tiempo para hacer algunas sesiones de fotos y simplemente disfrutar de la naturaleza.
JUNE/ JUNIO
Summer time this year was full of water parks, sunny days and smiles. Children don't really need much more to be happy 😊
El verano de este año estuvo lleno de parques acuáticos, días soleados y sonrisas. Los niños realmente no necesitan mucho más para ser felices 😊
Let's also not forget Sophia's graduation!/ Tampoco olvidemos la graduación de Sophia!
JULY/ JULIO
Mommy's (ME 😂) birthday month. No need for words...It was pure magic 💕 El mes del cumpleaños de mamá. No se necesitan palabras ... Fue pura magia 💕
AUGUST/ AGOSTO
In August, we decided to go check out the butterfly expo and it was an unforgettable experience for women of three generations 😉 En agosto, decidimos ir a ver la exposición de mariposas y fue una experiencia inolvidable para las tres, mujeres de tres generaciones 😉
Sophia's first day in school was also in August!/ El primer día de escuela de Sophia también fue en agosto! 💕
SEPTEMBER/ SEPTIEMBRE
Sophia's becoming a big girl! September is the month that changed my life forever (and for some reason, I've been surrounded by Virgos my whole life! haha).
Sophia se está volviendo una niña grande! Septiembre es el mes que cambió mi vida para siempre (y por alguna razón, ¡he estado rodeada de Virgos toda mi vida! jaja)😊
OCTOBER/ OCTUBRE
A little trip to Mont Tremblant was what we needed in October - beautiful colours, beautiful nature and some family time. Also, HALLOWEEN! 🤩

NOVEMBER/ NOVIEMBRE
November is the month we start with Christmas preparations. Early, I know, but I've always been this way. I'd like to stretch the Christmas magic to the max, so to speak 😄
Noviembre es el mes donde empezamos con los preparativos navideños. Temprano, lo sé, pero siempre he sido así. Me gustaría extender la magia navideña al máximo. 😄
DECEMBER/ DICIEMBRE
Christmas, New Year's, pijama parties and magic all around. One of my favourite months and probably the only time I get to actually dress up a bit 😅
Navidad, Nuevo Año, fiestas de pijamas y magia por todas partes. Uno de mis meses favoritos y probablemente el único momento en que puedo vestirme un poco 😅
So, to sum up, this wasn't one of the easiest years for a lot of us. But somehow, we made it through. We all have our little secrets, something that pushes us to move forward, to see the good things in life - however small they might be. This year, I'm grateful for my daughter, my family and my friends. If it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have been able to finish 2021 on a good note. So let's raise our glasses and wave goodbye to 2021. 2022 will be our year, no doubt about that! 🥂 Happy New Year to everyone and thank you for stopping by! 💕
Entonces, en resumen, este no fue uno de los años más fáciles para muchos de nosotros. Pero de alguna manera lo logramos. Todos tenemos nuestros pequeños secretos, algo que nos impulsa a seguir adelante, a ver las cosas buenas de la vida, por pequeñas que sean. Este año, estoy agradecida por mi hija, mi familia y mis amigos. Si no fuera por ellos, no habría podido terminar 2021 con una buena nota. 2022 será nuestro año, de eso no hay duda! 🥂 Feliz año nuevo a todos y gracias por pasar! 💕
