Today the weather was, I couldn’t believe it to be possible, even worse! Much worse! Nevertheless, my wife and I went for a 3km walk, through wind, water, hail and snow!
But we enjoyed the walk! Especially coming back into our warm home ;-)
The remainder of the steps were taken on the treadmill at high intensity. Unfortunately, not all steps were counted, and it stopped a little under 10k...
