How are you?
Yesterday was fun, we had a team building.
Actually 2 of our colleagues are leaving the company so it was goodbye party but since we didnt have a team building this was it.
A lot of dancing going on. I didnt even realize how many steps we did.
But i overdid it with drinking so i was feeling like shit today and spent the whole day resting
I think i wont be drinking that much any time soon.
Getting back to fitness and health from tomorrow
