I think they are great proposals. I cannot assess whether the funding allocated is too little or too much or just right. Not sure how to assess that. Nobody (that I have seen) has put forth any criteria or guidelines for the community to consider when it comes to assessing proposals or how much funding they ask for.

I would like to see many more proposals being funded, so that the ecosystem can grow by lots of parallel work happening at the same time.
