I certainly don't mind training other people. It gives me insight into their work ethic, and many employers have ended up asking my opinion of what I think based off their training. It's very helpful for feeling out a coworker's personality, and whether or not we'll get along! 😂

I think my worst experience was when I ended up training my own replacement -- without even realizing it LOL! 🤣 Yep, my workplace planned on letting me go, so they hired my replacement in advance and had me train her LOL! Thought that was a bit of a shitty thing to do, but anyway...
