Okay, I confess, I don't feel like noodles all the time. It becomes boring eating noodles the same way all the time. So, I request for different method of cooking or dressing it every time I'm eating noodles.
Some times with vegetables, with stew, with sauce, with beef, chicken or any other protein.
I find it is more enjoyable eating it with friends.
I found a place where I can get my noodles made differently anytime and everytime.
When I am in that city, I visit there for my noodles.
The aalso play cool music everytime of the day, it is at a choice location hence I get a beautiful scene when I am eating in. I do take outs most of the time though.

With fish sauce
with pear and roselle juice
